Improving surface protection with premium pigments for advanced coating systems. Our grades are selected for chemical resistance, durability under UV and salt spray, and compatibility with high-solid, powder, and automotive coating formulations.
Industrial coatings face harsher environments than decorative paints — chemical exposure, salt spray, high curing temperatures, and mechanical abrasion. Pigments must not compromise the protective function of the coating film.
Protective coatings are exposed to acids, alkalis, solvents, and salt spray. Pigments must not dissolve, react, or migrate in these environments — or compromise the coating's barrier properties.
Exterior industrial and automotive coatings need ISO 7–8 lightfastness to maintain colour and gloss over years of UV exposure, temperature cycling, and weathering without chalking or fading.
Powder coatings cure at 160–200 °C. Pigments must be thermally stable through the bake cycle without shade shift, yellowing, or decomposition. Phthalocyanines and PV23 are particularly well suited.
Industrial coatings require fine, consistent pigment dispersion to achieve target gloss levels and film uniformity. Poor dispersion causes micro-roughness, reduced gloss, and non-uniform appearance.
Three product forms are available for coatings — dry powder for milling operations and powder coating manufacture, and ready-to-use aqueous and solvent dispersions for liquid coating systems.
Dry pigment for incorporation via bead mill or high-speed disperser, and for direct use in powder coating formulations during extrusion compounding.
Pre-dispersed aqueous concentrate for waterborne industrial coatings, including waterborne epoxies, PU dispersions, and acrylic topcoats. No additional milling required.
Pre-dispersed solventborne concentrate for high-solid, alkyd, and epoxy coating systems. Formulated for compatibility with aromatic, ketone, and ester solvent systems used in industrial coatings.
